Coaching is a structured, professional process that fosters a committed partnership between the coach and coachee. Through creative and thought-provoking questions, individuals are guided to unlock and maximize their personal and professional potential.
Each coaching journey, and every session within it, is purposeful and transformative, offering opportunities to explore and test new approaches, enhance skills, and determine actionable steps for growth. The Coachee takes responsibility for implementing these actions, while the Coach provides support as an accountability partner. Together, they agree on the number of sessions and evaluate progress collaboratively.
Mentorship is a professional and personal development relationship where a more experienced or knowledgeable individual (the mentor) provides guidance, support, and advice to a less experienced or developing individual (the mentee).
The role of a Mentor is to help the mentee grow, learn, and achieve their goals by drawing on the mentor's expertise, experience, and insights. The role of the Mentee, is to actively engage in the learning process, remain open to feedback, and take responsibility for their growth and development. This includes seeking guidance, asking questions, applying the mentor's advice, and staying committed to achieving their goals.
