We are Alby and Elke!

Completely different, yet, we make things work! Over the years we’ve come to rely on our differing profiles to guide our way of working and are driven by the same passion: People, Growth and Development.

Our diverse backgrounds have added to our unique partnership and offering. Whilst Alby has a knack to bring clarity to situations and offer practical solutions in a fair and firm manner, Elke is quick to connect with people, make them feel comfortable whilst offering insights into relational issues and challenges. One could say, we could say: the one is more head and the other more heart!

Alby brings with her many years of working in the corporate sector, within HR and managing and leading diverse teams, and bringing out their strengths in a way as to increase productivity. Her attention to detail and methodical approach to things has proven valuable when mentoring leaders, consulting with HR processes and generally planning and executing events for teams (incorporating that which has been facilitated through our programs).

Elke’s years of experience as Occupational Therapist and registered coach helps provide individuals and teams valuable insights into team dynamics, learn tools and techniques to improve engagement, and in essence build robust relationships that positively affect the work environment and productivity.

As our name suggests, we believe that growth occurs on various levels or facets, and so we use various modalities to assist our clients in this growth.
