When we don’t know what we don’t know, how can we know what to change or develop? What does training do?
Training is a method used to share information around leadership principles. We base our training on adult learning principles, which means that we believe each person in the group/ team brings their own life knowledge, experience and already learnt skills with them. In this way the learning is shared by all involved.
The way we do training is through experiential learning; a space is created for learning to take place. Topics that inspire us include: Communication and it’s interesting complexities, emotional intelligence/ maturity, managing conflict situations and change.
