Personality Profiling

Why personality profiles?

A profile is a tool that mirrors our natural character traits, it shows us where our possible strengths lie and highlights possible blind spots. Blind spots are traits that others tend to see in us more easily than we see within ourselves. The profile raises awareness quickly and allows us to explore how we in our own unique way tend to communicate, manage conflict situations, and how we do things. It allows us to begin to understand why and where we are different from others and celebrate our uniqueness rather than comparing ourselves with others.

The team profile highlights team strengths and team gaps, which helps the team identify ways to work more effectively.

Important note: a personality profile is a tool and thus a guideline, and its idea is not to ‘box’ the person but rather to raise awareness.
The tool most often used by us is the i3 Profile (www.i3profiling.com)
