Coaching is a process whereby the coachee is given the time and space to explore their own potential, set goals and use the structured format to make sense of life and business situations and finally to commit to actions that will help them move forward. The coach holds the space, asks questions and documents the coachees progress, holding them accountable to their growth. The coachee decides on the goal they want to achieve and takes responsibility for their own growth throughout the process.
It is always exciting to see how we as human beings can grow by asking and answering questions and committing to actions. Realising just how powerful our mind we can change our behaviours, stop behaviours that are not good for us and/ or learn new behaviours. Furthermore, we can learn to change negative/ unhealthy thinking patterns into positive ones.
Coaching is offered on an individual basis as well as in a group format, depending on you/ your business’ need.
